POLICIES
 
Please read the policies below before filling out and submitting the private lesson form.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We accept the following methods of payment towards packages: CASH, ATM/DEBIT, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD OR VISA.
  • All Private Dance Lessons are held at The Roy Arias Dance Studios located at 218 West 37th Street Or 300 West 43rd Street in Manhattan (Dance Studio Rental is an additional cost of $17-$22 PER SESSION).  All first time clients will need to reserve a room with a major credit card.
  • Please note that we require a 24-Hour Notice of Cancellation on the Private Dance Lesson. If you do not call to cancel the private dance lesson or do not show up for the private lesson you will be charged the full amount of the private dance lesson.  If the client does notify the dance studio regarding the notice of cancellation for the time reserved for the studio space, their credit card will also be charged the appropriate dance studio rental fee.
  • Please be sure to specify preferred date, time, which package are you looking to purchase, event (if applicable), dance style and contact information.
  • All clients wanting services such as semi-private lessons, corporate and special event dance instruction must sign a service contract agreement.
  • A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit is due at contract signing and an additional 75% is DUE on the day service is rendered.  Please Note that the cost of transportation is NOT Included in the cost of the sessions and may vary depending the distance of travel.

PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS
 
Private dance lessons give you the most for your minute as they are either taken individually or as a couple with an instructor. Individual attention ensures the most rapid and thorough absorption of the material YOU want to master. Additionally, private lessons are far easier to manage for those with irregular hectic schedules.

Private lessons can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 1pm - 11pm, Saturday and Sunday from 1pm-8pm.

Private lessons are recommended for students of all levels. Private instruction can enhance the dancing of the students a great deal by offering a one-on-one lesson. Many people miss out on the joy of dancing and feel uncomfortable simply because they have never been taught. The following dance styles are available for teaching:

SEMI-PRIVATE DANCE LESSON
 
Get a small group of co-workers, family or friends together and make learning to dance an actual social event.  This option is a little easier on your pocketbook.
 
 
1 HOUR SESSION
$95 for the 1st Couple and $20 Each Additional Person.
SEMI-PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS
Maximum Charge of $300 (13 Person)


CORPORATE OR SPECIAL EVENT DANCE INSTRUCTION
 
Make your party an event your guests will never forget! If you’re planning a party and you want it to be a memorable event for you and your guests, spice it up with professional dance instruction by Cindy Osorio!
 
Cindy can provide quality instruction for you and your guest’s enjoyment at your upcoming corporate event, private party, quinceañera, wedding, or any other special occasion. 
 
Please note that the cost for performing at your event may vary depending on several factors, such as what type of event it is, the amount of people involved, how many assistant instructors needed, whether it’s local or international, the time length of our stay, etc. If you plan to book us for an event, please contact us well in advance, so as to ensure our availability and discuss the details.
