POLICIES
Please read the policies below before filling out and submitting the private lesson form.

Private dance lessons are by appointment only and are scheduled based on the instructor's availability and your convenience.

Appointments may be scheduled: 7 Days a Week - Weekdays 12pm - 10pm; Weekends 1pm - 8pm.

You can book a dance lesson as early as 2 to 6 months in advance

All private dance lessons are held at the Roy Arias Dance Studios located at: 218 West 37th Street (Between 7th & 8th Avenue), 5th Floor, NY 10018.

Private dance lessons are conducted in a private room. Lessons are a duration of 50 minutes but can be booked up to 2 hours at a time due to the high level of requests for private dance lessons or regular scheduled classes.

Dance studio floor fees are NOT included in the price rate of the private dance lessons or packages. Dance studio floor fees are and additional cost of $17-$24 per hour.

In order to secure your dance lesson reservation all first time clients are required to make payment prior to the dance lesson in full with a major credit card. Future bookings can be paid by method of Cash, ATM/Debit or a Major Credit Card

For your convenience credit card payments can be processed over the phone or securely online through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to process any credit card payments online. We do not accept PayPal e-checks as a form of payment

Please note that
we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation on the private dance lesson. If you do not call to
cancel the private dance lesson or do not show up for the private lesson you will be charged
the full amount of the time reserved. If the
client fails to also notify the dance studio regarding the notice of
cancellation for the time reserved for the studio space, their credit
card will also be charged the
appropriate dance studio floor fee.

Private dance lesson or packages must be used within 2 years of the purchase date. Private dance lesson or packages are NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE.

If you are unable to complete or use your package, you are allowed to transfer the full package or unused portion of the lessons to another person.

Please contact us regarding the transfer so we can issue you the value of the dance lesson package in the form of a Gift Certificate.

All clients wanting
services such as semi-private lessons, corporate and special event
dance instruction must sign a service contract agreement.

A 25% Non-Refundable
Deposit is due at contract signing and an additional 75% is DUE on the
day service is rendered. Please Note that the cost of transportation
is NOT Included in the cost of the sessions and may vary depending the
distance of travel.

Private dance lessons give you the most for your
minute as they are either taken individually or as a couple with an instructor.
Individual attention ensures the most rapid and thorough absorption of the
material YOU want to master. Additionally, private lessons are far easier to
manage for those with irregular hectic schedules.
Private lessons are recommended for students of all levels.
Private instruction can enhance the dancing of the students a great deal by
offering a one-on-one lesson. Many people miss out on the joy of dancing and
feel uncomfortable simply because they have never been taught.

SEMI-PRIVATE DANCE LESSON
Get a small group of co-workers,
family or friends together and make learning to dance an actual social
event. This option is a little easier on your pocketbook.
** PLEASE NOTE: All Private Dance Lessons are held at
The Roy Arias Dance Studios located
at 218 West 37th Street OR 300 West 43rd Street in Manhattan (Dance
Studio Rental is an additional cost of $24-$32 PER
SESSION). All clients will need to reserve a room with a
major
credit card.

INSTRUCTION

Cindy can provide quality instruction for you
and your guest’s enjoyment at your upcoming corporate event, private party,
quinceañera, wedding, or any other special occasion.
Please note that the cost for performing at
your event may vary depending on several factors, such as what type of event it
is, the amount of people involved, how many assistant instructors needed,
whether it’s local or international, the time length of our stay, etc. If
you plan to book us for an event, please contact us well in advance, so as to
ensure our availability and discuss the details.
